- 1 / 5By Taylor GrossmanWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! So, I ordered my pizza about an hour and a half ago. The pizza delivery guy called me to ask me what my apartment number was so I gave it to him and he said he would be there soon. He called again to say that he was there and AGAIN asked me for my apartment number. He told me to watch the door because he would be right there. HE CALLED ME A THIRD TIME and I explained to him step by step how to find my apartment AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I finally called the store to tell them what was going on and the lady who answered the phone said she would explain to him how to get here. I waited and he never showed. I called back and asked for a refund and I got a free pizza but honestly it's not even worth it since the service was so horrendous. She told me he thought my place didn't exist. I ended up calling Pizza Hut and guess what? NO ISSUES!!! My roommate also agrees that this was very bizarre and said she has never had these kinds of issues when ordering pizza and she's lived here for two years...May 22, 2017
