    Not one time have I gone in since the remodel has the ice cream machine worked. I've gone at different times of the day and it's never working. I thought that was supposed to be new too or at least fixed by now.

    All the Bloomington, IN mcdonalds stores need help, but corporate doesn't seem to do what needs done. Service sucks at all of them, though the best is West side one. This one, East side is probably second.

    So I looked this place up at 3am and it says it is open 24 hours. No. Not at all. Drive thru lights were on and workers were inside, however, I had to wait about 5-10mins just to be told it was closed.
