  Poor service ( which is the owner's fault mind you). Wait times in drive through are sub standard. Most of the time it is over 7 minutes for me. Counter service is even slower than the drive through. I always try to avoid this store and use the Bloomington North side location....even though I live only 1 mile west of the Ellettsville store.
  
  Another interesting thing is that I have stopped by late at night and on 4 separate visits.....this 24 hour store was closed. The said sorry for any inconvenience...... well ....it was an inconvenience and the staff that was working those nights didn't display any remorse...lol. so the store, to me anyway, is a very bad example of what the McDonald's brand stands for and far from even mediocre food quality here.....best to choose another store nearby.

  Food was ok. The PlayPlace is absolutely disgusting, they are not busy there is absolutely no reason someone can't pick up a broom and a rag and clean instead of standing around talking.
